Return Period

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. For quality issues or defects, you must notify us within seven days of installation. For fabric samples, returns are accepted within fourteen days of receipt.

Custom Curtain Orders

Because our curtain products are custom-made to your specific measurements and fabric selections, they are generally considered final sale. Each piece is crafted specifically for your windows and cannot be resold. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to resolving them fairly.

Quality Issues and Defects

If your custom curtains have defects in workmanship or materials, we will repair or remake them at no additional charge. This includes issues such as faulty seams, incorrect measurements on our part, or fabric defects. Please notify us within seven days of installation if you discover any quality concerns.

Fabric Samples

We encourage you to order fabric samples before committing to your custom order. Fabric samples are available for a nominal fee and can be returned within fourteen days for a refund, provided they remain in their original condition.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your custom order before fabrication begins for a full refund minus the deposit. Once fabrication has started, cancellation is generally not possible due to the custom nature of the work. Specific terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

Before Fabrication

If you need to cancel before we begin cutting and sewing your curtains, we will refund your payment minus the initial deposit. The deposit covers our design consultation time and administrative costs.

During Fabrication

Once fabrication is underway, materials have been cut and labor invested in your specific project. At this stage, cancellation typically results in forfeiture of all payments made, as the custom pieces cannot be used for other customers.

Measurement Disputes

We take precise measurements during our consultation visit. If curtains do not fit due to an error in our measurements, we will remake them at no charge. If the error resulted from changes to your windows after measurement or inaccurate information provided by you, adjustments will be charged at our standard rates.

Color and Fabric Concerns

We make every effort to accurately represent fabric colors and textures. However, digital screens and photography can affect how colors appear. We strongly recommend ordering samples to view fabrics in your lighting before placing your order. Color variations from digital representations do not constitute grounds for return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect your curtains upon delivery or installation. If you receive damaged or defective items, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or appropriate resolution at no cost to you. Damage must be reported within seven days of installation.

Satisfaction Guarantee

While custom orders are generally final, we value your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your curtains for reasons related to our service or workmanship, please contact us within seven days of installation. We will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include adjustments, modifications, or, in exceptional circumstances, replacement.

To initiate a return or report an issue, please contact us by phone or email with your order number and a description of the concern. Include photographs if applicable. Our team will review your situation and respond within two business days with next steps.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow five to seven business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
